Can I change my order once it is already placed?

We cannot change the order after the tracking number has been created. If you submit a contact form before 10 AM we may be able to change the order, however this is not guaranteed.

Can I change the address on my order?

No, once the order is placed, we cannot change the address as it will void the shipping guarantee. If you need a different address, we will cancel the order and place a new one.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards issued in the United States and select other countries: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Credit Card Authorization

At the time you purchase, we preauthorize your order amount. This may result in a temporary hold on these funds in your account. For debit cards, these funds may remain in your account but be temporarily unavailable to use. For credit cards, you won't be charged but the amount may be temporarily deducted from your available line of credit. This authorization will be removed within 48 hours of your items being shipped.

If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will be charged per shipment.

Your bank controls the timing of authorizations and payments from your account. For details, check with your bank.

For your security, your billing name, address, and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my item ship?

Orders will ship within 48 hours from time of order placement. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following business day. All orders will be shipped via USPS.

Where is my order?

When the item is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. This tracking number is for use on the USPS website. If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder before using the contact form.

My package is lost

Sometimes orders are not scanned on their journey, especially during peak shipping times (ie. Black Friday). Most orders like this still make their way to their intended destination. Please let us know if the tracking is not updated for seven days and we will find a solution that works best for you!

Returns & Exchanges

At Modo.K we thoroughly inspect each item before processing them for shipment. If your item has a defect, please feel free to submit a contact form and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We accept returns of products purchased online and shipped within the United States and Canada only.

Merchandise eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in "like new" condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days.

Only returns for product defects are eligible for prepaid shipping. We hope you can understand.

Care Instructions

Machine-wash warm or cold, tumble dry. Pull straight from the dryer to prevent wrinkles, or iron while damp.

Minako Bow: If possible, sew a stitch through the middle to preserve the pleats in the bow before washing.
